What is the CSRD?

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is an upcoming piece of legislation from the European Commission. The CSRD will act as an amendment to the existing Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), and will see 50,000+ businesses facing requirements to measure, report and disclose sustainability performance.

From 2024 onward, EU companies and Non-EU companies with even one EU subsidiary will be required to disclose credentials for their entire operations.
