How you can prepare for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive

Webinar

Preparing for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

This webinar took place on Thursday 23rd January 2025. A recording of the webinar can be accessed by providing your details using the form provided.

The CSRD replaces the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) which has been in place for public-interest companies in the EU. This directive significantly expands the scope of sustainability reporting, requiring over 50,000 companies doing business in Europe to comply with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

If this is all new to you or you haven’t started preparing yet, don’t panic! There is still time, and the implementation is phased depending on company size.

Presented by SustainIQ Co-founder, Liam McEvoy, this webinar will explain everything you need to know and how to prepare effectively including:

📑 Introduction to CSRD and why it matters
🗓️ Understanding if and when CSRD affects your business
🪙 The commercial benefits of compliance
📆 Upcoming key dates you need to be aware of
📊 Understanding Double Materiality
📝Reporting under ESRS and exceptions to be aware of
✔️ How you can prepare for CSRD and guidance documents
