Liam McEvoy
Liam has worked in the field of sustainability for nearly twenty years across the public, private and voluntary sectors. He has a strong background in management systems and compliance and has developed and implemented sustainability strategies for a number of leading UK construction firms. Liam holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management.
He believes that SustainIQ has a mission to help organisations become more data-driven by uncovering the untapped intelligence that sits waiting to be found within any company. The software helps to harness business intelligence from sustainability performance to inform business strategy, helping companies become more transparent and encouraging better business.


Shauna Young
Shauna has twenty years’ experience in social value, ESG and responsible business practices across the construction, finance and public sectors. She specialises in social value in procurement, ethical supply chain management, Fair Work, governance and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience across the island of Ireland and UK. A Chartered Construction Manager and Community Development Practitioner, she holds degrees in Quantity Surveying and Business, Finance & Investment, alongside formal training in IFRS and CSRD sustainability standards.
Shauna has led award-winning social value strategies on major frameworks and infrastructure programmes, embedding measurable outcomes across supply chains, delivery teams and communities. She is currently supporting organisations interpret and implement the Procurement Act 2023 and regional PPN variations, aligning delivery and reporting to convert policy intent into measurable social, economic and environmental value.
Alongside her consultancy work, Shauna is a Non-Executive Director at CITB Northern Ireland and WOMEN'STEC, supporting governance, skills development and regulatory compliance. She is also a part-time Lecturer at Ulster University, preparing the next generation to navigate the evolving procurement and social value landscape.
